Please be advised that entry to the Brisbane Openair Cinema is subject to the following terms.  Acceptance of these terms is a fundamental condition of your entry:

1. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the Brisbane Openair Cinema venue.
2. The Brisbane Openair Cinema is a fully licensed over 18 event. Under 18's will be only permitted entry when accompanied by an adult and subject to film classification.
3. You may bring your own picnic, but there is strictly no glass or BYO alcohol permitted on the grounds.  
4. If you purchase your ticket using a credit card please bring it with you for verification and on quick entry.
5. Screenings are often sold out and tickets on the door are not guaranteed.
6. Other than special group bookings seating is unreserved.
7. Brisbane Openair is an all-weather event and rain will not prevent screenings from taking place.
8. The Brisbane Openair Cinema reserves the right to change advertised films and to cancel a screening at their discretion. In the event a screening is cancelled tickets will be exchangeable for any other night of the 2007 season.
9. No refunds will be provided on unused Brisbane Openair Cinema tickets.
10. By attending you are agreeing that your image, likeness or voice may be photographed/recorded with other audiovisual equipment for the purposes of publicity and promotion of the events. 
11. Sound recording devices and video/movie cameras are strictly prohibited in the amphitheatre.
12. All patrons attending Brisbane Openair Cinema do so at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all liability to any person is excluded for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of or in connection with Brisbane Openair Cinema.
13. Dogs and any other pets are not allowed in the Rainforest Green at South Bank or anywhere on the Brisbane Openair grounds.

Ticket Information

Tickets are limited and sell out quickly. To avoid disappointment we recommend you use our online booking facility on our home page which offers value for early bird bookings.

Online/phone bookings incur a $2.90 booking fee. Please remember that sf you buy your ticket online using a credit card you must bring it along on the night to gain entry
